Refund policy
At Indie Soul, we want you to love every pair you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return process with the option to receive store credit.
Timeframe
You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
How to initiate:
- We’ve kept the return process simple. Just log in to your account and follow the steps outlined there.
- Please return the pair in its original box
Proof of Return
When returning a product, please ensure you obtain a receipt from the courier partner as proof of return. This helps us process your return efficiently.
Store Credit
- Once we receive your returned pair and it clears our quality check, we’ll issue a store credit for the product value (excluding shipping charges) through a voucher code sent straight to your email.
- The store credit will be valid for 3 months and can be used for your next purchase on our website.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly issue a store credit or provide a replacement, as applicable.
Important Notes:
- Product(s) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
- Refunds and cancellations are not offered as per company policy.
